GET treated BETTER
Baptist Outpatient Services was expanding outside their core region, and needed a more clear and recognizable identity. We presented a new strategic insight: “You’re not just in the healthcare business; you’re in the retail business”. This led to a new tagline, GET treated BETTER, creating a unique selling proposition that spoke to consumers in a single voice through traditional and non-traditional channels.
Over a two-year period, Mad 4 Marketing launched campaigns for Baptist Outpatient Services, and Baptist Health, in both Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Thirty-nine separate pieces of marketing materials were created in Spanish and English for ten imaging centers, nine urgent care centers, three ambulatory surgery centers, a sleep diagnostic center, a home care agency and an executive health program.
