Suffice it to say, we’ve come a long way since we debuted as InterMedia in 1992. Always known for our creative spots in media like television, radio, and print, we’ve come to excel at services that we couldn’t have even imagined back then: like digital analytics, mobile apps, and social media ads.
Balancing “traditional” and “nontraditional” elements—with a clear perspective of how our industry has grown from then to now—gives us daily inspiration to create unique, results-driven, custom campaigns for each and every client.

Chris Madsen
President / CEO
Chris isn’t ashamed to admit that she wants it all: Great family. Great friends. Great clients. Great team. Her pursuit of all things “Great” is relentless. She leads the Mad 4 Marketing team by this example. In fact, being a strong leader is part of her business philosophy: “Listen, Learn, Lead.”
Her commitment to the South Florida business community is shown by her involvement in Leadership Broward (Class I); Leadership Florida; the Tower Forum; and the Executives’ Association. She has served as Chair of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce and the Coral Springs Chamber and currently serves on the Board of the Pompano Beach Chamber.

Laura Pierson
Vice President
Although Laura got her start at the paste-up table over 25 years ago, today you’re likely to find her behind multiple screens, mastering the latest marketing technology.
After some time focusing on graphic design and the printing industry, Laura developed a passion for analytics. She is driven by the thrill of managing and optimizing campaigns in real-time, based on their performance. Her mantra is “Track, Measure, Manage.” Her goal is to stay proactive and strategic with all of the agency’s clients, ensuring they stay ahead of the curve in a creative way.
As V.P. Laura manages most of the daily operations here at Mad for Marketing.
When not running the numbers at work, Laura spends much of her time on her “creative outlet”, hand-making intricate cheerleading bows, the more bling the better!

Anne Grigsby
Senior Art Director
A creative visionary with over 15 years of experience, Anne’s creative passion coupled with her strong business sense delivers unique and targeted marketing solutions. Anne has a BFA specializing in Graphic Design from the University of Florida and has worked in major markets such as Toronto, Dallas and South Florida. She is a respected strategic thinker, team leader and creative manager. Her work has been awarded and recognized by the Florida Direct Marketing Association’s Max Sackheim Creative Awards, The American Advertising Federation’s ADDY Awards, and the National Mature Media Awards.
In her spare time, Anne is an active member of the Junior League of Boca Raton and the American Advertising Federation where she is a past National Board of Director and executive member of the AAF-4th District encompassing the 25 AAF chapters throughout Florida and the Caribbean.

Monica Moreno
Account Manager
Coming from a long line of marketing professionals, Monica can truly say marketing is in her blood. She is committed to working with her clients to innovate marketing strategies and working efficiently to obtain the best outcome and performance.
With over 6 years of experience in the marketing and advertising industry, Monica is passionate about the way strategic marketing can contribute to business growth. She leads the way with her focus on results, customer insights and analytics. Her formula for success is to “Live in the solution”, which is palpable in everything she does. Positive and creative thinking are two of her powerful tools.
Monica’s favorite hobbies include cooking, a new skill she has grown to love, exercising and spending time with her family. She has completed a half-marathon and has goals to crush another marathon in the future.

Kerry Harrigan
Account Manager
Kerry is a savvy relationship builder and communicator with a passion for all things Marketing. She is a New York native with over 10 years experience managing marketing programs, developing company start-ups, and managing multi-channel campaigns.
She has been intrigued by advertising and marketing from a young age, often wondering who the masterminds behind those memorable concepts were. Since then, the prospect of creating something new, brings her excitement.
Kerry is a strong believer of whatever the mind can conceive one can achieve. The works of great forerunners continue to inspire her today to think creatively outside the box, with innovative ideas and ultimately client satisfaction!
In her spare time, Kerry enjoys traveling, dining out, and catching a good comedy show!

Brandon James
Social Media Manager
Brandon brings a wealth of knowledge from a variety of sectors within the marketing field. Brandon began his career working for the Florida House of Representatives as a community outreach coordinator for former Florida State Rep. Gwyn Clarke-Reed. This position developed his passion for managing social media by utilizing his skills to inform the public of legislative updates. Brandon then began working for a digital agency managing social media ads and creating content for clients in the auto, beauty and b2b industries.
He has B.A. Public Relations from The University of West Florida and a M.A. in Strategic Communications from Troy University. With over six years of experience, Brandon is an efficient strategist using analytics and marketing tools to achieve the goals of clients.
In his spare time, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is also an avid Marvel fan.

Jessica Hall
Account Coordinator
Jessica’s love of art, insightful communication skills, and abundant creativity make her a natural marketing professional. She graduated from FSU with a major in Marketing and a minor in Psychology and immediately began her career as a lead marketing manager.
She’s also passionate about supporting mission-driven work and discovered her drive for marketing while founding and presiding over a nonprofit animal rescue, “For the Love of Animals” (LOA).
Jessica developed exceptional skills in social media management, content development, and video/photography editing, all while working with clientele ranging from nationwide franchises to A-listers.
When she’s not creating for her clients, Jessica enjoys creating custom rugs for her friends and gardening
with her rescue puppy, Ella!
