Fisher Auction Company is a 3rd generation family owned and operated real estate auction company based in Pompano Beach. As fellow longtime, active community member and owners of well-established local businesses, Chris Madsen and Lamar Fisher had worked together over the years. Mad 4 Marketing had assisted Fisher Auction Company with branding and collateral design from time to time. But in fall of 2018, our relationship escalated to a new level when we were invited to assist them with a large project: Marketing the auction of Bella Fortuna, a $39 Million palatial mansion in Fort Lauderdale’s Las Olas Isles. This 60-day project included a $200k marketing budget to encompass the following activities:
- Media research, planning and placement
- Overall campaign strategy
- Ad creative layout and design
- PR (earned media, press release distribution, etc.)
- Social media (paid and organic)
- Video production
- Content creation
- Copywriting
- Regular reporting
- Development of direct mail (print brochure and video brochure)
The Bella Fortuna direct mail campaign components went on to win Silver Addy’s in the 2019 Addy Awards. Since 2018, Mad 4 Marketing has had the pleasure of supporting Fisher Auction Company with dozens more real estate auction marketing campaigns, each as unique as the auction subjects themselves, ranging from commercial farm land to residential luxury mansions. We’ve enjoyed continued success and partnership working with the Fisher Auction team as their marketing agency of record.
